The Tafseer class will start back this Wednesday between Maghreb and Isha (5:30pm to 7:15pm including Maghreb and Isha in congregation). This class has been going on for years now and it is one of the most attended class in Masjid Al-Muslimiin. Whether you are a regular attendee or a new one, we encourage you and your family to come every Wednesday for our exciting Tafseer class.

Bring your entire family to Isha and join the different Halaqua's that will be available for Adults and children. The more attendance we get the more classes we can offer so take advantage and fill some of the free time our children will have this winter break with what will benefit them in this life and the hereafter.

Eid Al Adha will be on Sunday, November 6th Insha Allah at 9am. Be advised that we go back one hour Sunday 12am, so don't forget to set you clocks back one hour before going to sleep.

The Salat will be at 9:00am at the Martin Luther King Jr. Park just like last Eid. For directions please click on the link bellow. If it is raining or too cold we will still be at the park but inside the building as there is ample of space inside.

We are still preparing for the Eid celebration. We would like to encourage everyone to donate generously so we can have a good Eid Celebration especially for the kids. We still did not collect the cost of our activities. We are short at least $1500 so we are asking you to donate generously. We are asking families to donate $25 and Singles to donate $10 but we strongly encourage those who can to donate more.

We need to know how much do we have in order to properly prepare, so we ask everyone to donate tomorrow after Friday prayer. We are asking families to donate $25 and Singles to donate $10 but we strongly encourage those who can to donate more. The format of Eid will be very simmilar to last Eid. If you were there you know how successful the Eid celebration was and we will do our best to fix anything that went wrong last time. We will send a more detailed agenda as soon as we know how much fund we have raised.

EID is TUESDAY August 30th

Islamic Center of Columbia gladly announce the beginnning of a new islamic month Shawal 1432. We will be celebrating by the will of Allah the EID tomorrow TUESDAY August 30th at Martin Luther King Jr. Park (2300 Greene Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29205) between 7:30am to 10:30am Salat is at approximately 8am. Your presence will add to our happiness. We will continue our celebration at our center 1929 gervais st. from 11am to 9pm. Please bring yourself, familly and loved ones to join us with a lot of food, rides, games etc.
